Bark Park GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION
Join us with your four-legged friends Saturday, August 24 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, as we celebrate the grand opening of Bark Park! Bark Park is the first of six adventure-themed parks opening in The PKWY, a 3.5-mile meandering stretch of parks and trails spanning 313 acres of Curry Creek Preserve in Babcock Ranch’s MidTown. With separate grassy, fenced-in areas for large and small dogs, Bark Park offers agility equipment, shade pavilions, water stations, restrooms and lots of room to run and play. Â

The PKWY Adventure Series Drawings
Official Entry Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
Enter by visiting the The PKWY Adventure Series Event Registration Tent and completing an official entry form. Once registration is complete, participants will receive an entry slip booklet. Additional entries can then be dropped in entry drop boxes at participating model homes in Babcock Ranch.
WHO CAN ENTER
Open to any visitor to Babcock Ranch who is 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.
DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted on The PKWY Adventure Series event days from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Entries should be completed and dropped in an official The PKWY Adventure Series entry drop box. Entry drop boxes are located at the Event Registration Tent, the Discovery Center and at designated model homes. Entries will not be accepted by any other means. Only one entry will be accepted at each entry drop box. Visit The PKWY Adventure Series registration tent for a complete list of entry locations.
DRAWING
Prize winners will be drawn at random after 1:00 p.m. on the Monday following the event by a representative of Kitson & Partners. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and telephone.
PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawings will be items valued from $50 to $599. In addition, these general terms, conditions and rules will apply: Winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal and other taxes including but not limited to income taxes and sales taxes.
PUBLICITY
The winner releases Kitson & Partners as the contributor of the prize, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for promotional purposes by Kitson & Partners/Babcock Ranch without further consideration, compensation or payment.
