MidTown Marketplace
Babcock Ranch is introducing even more of your favorite places to shop and dine with the introduction of MidTown Marketplace, a new grocery-anchored shopping center with retail, restaurants with outdoor patios, professional services and a possible gas station – all with abundant parking. Located on Cypress Parkway east of Babcock Trail, MidTown Marketplace represents the first phase of commercial development for MidTown Center, an approximately 120-acre mixed-use district featuring an array of shopping, dining, retail, recreation and residential spaces.

B Street
Now under construction and planned for completion in 2026, this posh, walkable plaza is located in WestTown across from Founder’s Square. B Street will feature a vibrant array of dining, retail, commercial, office and residential spaces.

The Shoppes at Yellow Pine
This lakefront retail plaza has become an exciting go-to destination featuring national and local retailers, dining establishments, medical options and more. Several stores have already opened including Ace Hardware, Five Below, HomeGoods, Marshalls, TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track, and Ulta Beauty. Future Development
Curry Commerce Center
Curry Commerce Center will be Babcock Ranch’s first Class A flex/light industrial facility, located in WestTown. The facility will be on Curry Preserve Drive just south of Cypress Parkway. The initial tenants are resident-owned businesses, including Concord Pools, Solar City Carts, and Sweet Science Boxing Fitness. Curry Commerce Center is now underway with an expected completion date in 2026. Stay tuned as additional tenants are confirmed.
Florida Gulf Coast University
Florida Gulf Coast University is expanding to Babcock Ranch with a state-of-the-art academic facility dedicated to sustainability, innovation and development. The future campus will be located in MidTown Center and is supported by $21.7 million in phase-one funding through the state of Florida. In addition to the donation of land for the facilities, Kitson & Partners will donate $3 million toward related initiatives in partnership with FGCU. Learn More
