Unlimited Access to Learning
At Babcock Ranch, education isn’t an add-on, it’s an anchor. From developmental growth during early childhood years to Project Based Learning (PBL) at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, Babcock Ranch provides an ideal environment for fostering purposeful, hands-on education. Babcock Ranch is proud to be the home of Babcock Schools – A-rated, public charter schools of choice for K-12 students with programs that combine real-world learning, high student engagement, and strong community partnerships. And there’s even more to come as Babcock Ranch will be the future home of Florida Gulf Coast University’s 11th academic building – a state-of-the-art facility that will house a new institute focused on sustainability and resiliency.
Babcock Neighborhood School
Babcock Neighborhood School (BNS) provides interactive PBL learning programs for elementary (K-5) and middle school (6-8) students. BNS Elementary School instruction focuses on building strong foundations through curiosity, discovery, and hands-on learning in a warm and supportive environment. BNS Middle School students are engaged in standards based learning through PBL and AICE prep curriculum.
Home Grown High School
At Babcock High School (BHS), students continue to be engaged in innovative learning experiences that prepare them for the real world, not just tests. Offering a well-rounded educational experience, BHS houses state-of-the-art facilities and multiple advanced educational options such as AP courses, Dual Enrollment with local universities, and classes to earn the Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) Diploma.Â

Where Children Bloom
Bloom Academy is a pre-kindergarten school serving ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Led by former teachers and those with extensive childhood experience, Bloom’s programs teach social skills and early education in an amazing setting and safe environment.
Primer: A new kind of school
Primer is a K-8 private school built as a small, close-knit campus where every child is deeply known, challenged and taken seriously. Math and literacy follow a mastery-based approach: students’ progress by demonstrating understanding, not because the class is moving ahead. This removes grade-level ceilings for advanced learners while providing support for those catching up. Science, social studies, and other disciplines come to life through hands-on, project-based learning connecting academics to real life. Families enjoy detailed visibility into their child’s academic progress and direct, consistent access to educators.
Sports Camps for All Ages
A healthy lifestyle begins at a young age. To benefit education both in and out of the classroom, we host sports camps for kids here at the Ranch. Summer soccer camp, basketball camp and flag football camp are co-ed, grades K-12, and fun’s included!
