ENTER TO WIN A HYATT REGENCY® COCONUT POINT SPA PACKAGE!*
In addition to indulging in treats and activities on the Homes for the Heart Home Tour, visitors will have the opportunity to be entered to win a Hyatt Regency® Coconut Point Spa Package (a $2,000 value)! Enter by visiting the Discovery Center to register and receive your entry booklets, then tour our new home neighborhoods and drop off the coordinating entry slip at the designated model homes. The more model home centers you visit, the more entries in the drawing you will receive. Entry booklets can be picked up and dropped in entry boxes May 10 from 10 am to 5 pm and May 11 from noon to 5 pm. See below for official rules.

Official Entry Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
Enter by visiting the Babcock Ranch Discovery Center May 10-11, 2025, and completing an official entry form registration. Once registration is complete, participants will receive an entry slip booklet. Additional entries can then be dropped in entry drop boxes at participating model homes in Babcock Ranch.
WHO CAN ENTER
Open to any visitor to Babcock Ranch who is 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.
DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted May 10-11, 2025. Entries should be completed and dropped in an official Homes for the Heart event entry drop box. Entry drop boxes are located at the Discovery Center and at designated model homes. Entries will not be accepted by any other means. Only one entry will be accepted at each entry drop box. Visit the Discovery Center for a complete list of entry locations.
DRAWING
Prize winners will be drawn at random after 1:00 p.m. on May 13, 2025 by a representative of Kitson & Partners. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and telephone.
PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawing will be for an electronic Hyatt gift card valued at $2,000. Recipient must confirm winning prize on or before May 20, 2025. Electronic gift card will then be emailed to the winner once they acknowledge their prize and confirm email address.
PUBLICITY
The winner releases Kitson & Partners as the contributor of the prize, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
