Promotion subject to builder participation. Offer valid only on new home purchase agreements with participating builders executed at Babcock Ranch between October 21, 2025 and November 30, 2025. Buyer will receive one (1) six-seat electric golf cart (“Incentive”) after home closing. Incentive is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or combined with any other promotion or incentive except as expressly authorized by Babcock Property Holdings, LLC and its affiliated (collectively, the “Developer”). Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the golf cart, which is provided by a third-party manufacturer and subject solely to manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Buyer is responsible for all registration, licensing, insurance, maintenance, any applicable taxes or fees associated with the Incentive, all costs ownership not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and compliance with local, county, state and federal laws applicable to the ownership and operation of the golf cart. Developer reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
