Save time by preregistering for Home Quest to receive your unique entry code prior to the event. Then visit the Event Information Tent on October 28 to complete your registration. Once you complete your registration, visit designated model homes and builder information tables where your entry code can be scanned to earn additional entries into the drawing.
PARKING & GUEST ARRIVAL

Arrival: Follow directional signage throughout the community to Founder’s Square.
Parking: All guests are required to park their vehicles next to WellWay in Founder’s Square.
Shuttle Service: Minibuses will be available to shuttle guests from the parking area to guest check-in at Explorers Park.
Guest Check-In: Upon arrival to Explorers Park, proceed to registration tent for guest check in.
*Prize drawing will be for a travel voucher from Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. in the amount of $10,000, which represents the equivalent of: 7-day Luxury European cruise for 2, all-inclusive stay at Triple Creek Ranch in Montana, or 11-day enchanting Canyonlands tour, and may be redeemed for any travel booked through Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. Travel must be booked on or before 12/31/2023. In addition, these general terms, conditions and rules will apply. Winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal and other taxes including but not limited to income taxes and sales taxes. Prizes and availability are subject to market rates at time of travel and availability is not guaranteed.

Enter by clicking on the RSVP button above and completing an official entry form or by registering onsite on the day of the event at the Event Information Tent. Additional entries can be earned during event hours by visiting designated model home stops along the trolley tour, builder information tables, and other designated model home locations.
WHO CAN ENTER
Open to any visitor to Babcock Ranch who is 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.
DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
QR codes will be scanned and accepted between 11 am and 4 pm, on the day of the Event. Entry scan locations are located at the Event Information Tent and builder information tables located at at the future site of Explorer’s Park and at designated model homes located on and off the model trolley tours. Entries will not be accepted by any other means. Visit the Event Information Tent for a complete list of entry locations.
DRAWING
Prize winner will be drawn at random after 10:00 am, on Monday, October 30, 2023, by a representative of Kitson & Partners. Winner need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and telephone.
PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawing will be for a travel voucher from Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. in the amount of $10,000.00, which represents the equivalent of: a 7-Day Luxury Cruise for two people aboard Seabourne Encore starting in Athens, Greece and ending in Venice, Italy; a 6-night all-inclusive stay for two people at Triple Creek Ranch in Darby, MT; or an 11-day Enchanting Canyonlands tour for four people starting in Las Vegas, Nevada and visiting six national parks through Arizona and Utah, and may be redeemed for any travel booked through Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. In addition, these general terms, conditions and rules will apply: Winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal and other taxes including but not limited to income taxes and sales taxes. Prices and availability of hotel rates, meal plans, and park passes are subject to market rates at time of travel and availability is not guaranteed.
PUBLICITY
The winner releases Kitson & Partners as the contributor of the prize, its, respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for promotional purposes by Kitson & Partners/Babcock Ranch without further consideration, compensation or payment.
