How to Enter
- March 2 through March 10, 2024 visit the Discovery Center located at 42850 Crescent Loop, Babcock Ranch, Florida 33982 to register.
- Once you are registered you will receive your personal entry slips along with a list of Ultimate Home Tour model homes.
- Drop off your entry slips in drop boxes located at designated Ultimate Home Tour model homes to earn additional entries into the drawing.
- The winner of the $2,000 Best Buy gift card will be drawn and announced on Tuesday, March 12.
DIRECTIONS FROM I-75
Take Exit 143 for FL-78E
Head east on FL-78 E/Bayshore Rd. (3.3 miles)
Turn left on Babcock Ranch Road/SR-31 (4.5 miles)
Turn right onto Lake Babcock Dr. (1 mile)
The Discovery Center will on the left located in Woodlea Hall at Founder’s Square.

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
Enter by visiting the Discovery Center at 48250 Crescent Loop, Babcock Ranch, FL 33982 March 2, 2024 through March 10, 2024 and completing an official entry form. Once the registration is complete, participants will receive an entry slip booklet. Additional entries can then be dropped in entry drop boxes at designated Ultimate Home Tour model homes in Babcock Ranch.
WHO CAN ENTER
Open to any visitor to Babcock Ranch who is 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.
DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted during Discovery Center and model home regular operating hours on March 2, 2024 through March 10, 2024. Entries should be completed and dropped in an official Ultimate Home Tour entry drop box. Entry drop boxes are located the Discovery Center and at designated Ultimate Home Tour model homes. Entries will not be excepted by any other means. Only one entry will be excepted at each entry drop box.
DRAWING
Prize winner will be drawn at random after 10:00 am, on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, by a representative of Kitson & Partners. Winner need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and telephone.
PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawing will be for a $2,000 Best Buy gift card. The gift card must be picked up from the Discovery Center on or before April 30, 2024. In addition to these general terms, conditions and rules apply. Winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal and other taxes including but not limited to income taxes and sales tax. Winner will be required to submit a W-9 prior to accepting gift.
PUBLICITY
The winner releases Kitson & Partners as the contributor of the prize, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for promotional purposes by Kitson & Partners/Babcock Ranch without further consideration, compensation or payment.
