PKWY-Palooza

To celebrate the opening of all six parks along The PKWY by entering to win family-fun prizes including an X Box video game console, Amazon Echo Show, Sonos Move 2 wireless speaker, iPad and Le Creuset cookware set!

Official Entry Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
Enter by visiting the Babcock Ranch Discovery Center and completing an official entry form. Once registration is complete, participants will receive an entry slip booklet. Additional entries can then be dropped in entry drop boxes at participating model homes in Babcock Ranch.

WHO CAN ENTER
Open to any visitor to Babcock Ranch who is 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.

DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted Feb. 22, 2025 through Mar. 31, 2025. Entries should be completed and dropped in an official PKWY-Palooza event entry drop box. Entry drop boxes are located at the Discovery Center and at participating Babcock Ranch builders model homes. Entries will not be accepted by any other means. Only one entry will be accepted at each entry drop box. Visit the Discovery Center for a complete list of entry locations.

DRAWING
Prize winners will be drawn at random after 1:00 p.m. on Apr. 1, 2025 by a representative of Kitson & Partners. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.

PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawings will be for items valued from $50 to $599. Prizes must be picked up in person by winning recipient from the Discovery Center on or before Apr. 15, 2025. If winner cannot pick up prize by said date, a new winner will be selected. Prizes will not be mailed.

PUBLICITY
The winner releases Kitson & Partners as the contributor of the prize, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for promotional purposes by Kitson & Partners/Babcock Ranch without further consideration, compensation or payment.
