DIRECTIONS & PARKING

DIRECTIONS FROM I-75 TO PALMETTO PARK, BABCOCK RANCH

• Take Exit 143 for FL-78E
• Head east on FL-78 E/Bayshore Rd. (3.3 miles)
• Turn left on Babcock Ranch Road/SR-31 (4.5 miles)
• Turn right onto Saw Palmetto Parkway (1 mile)
• Follow directional signage to event parking located at the corner of Saw Palmetto Parkway and Babcock Trail.

Registration will be set up at the future location of Palmetto Park at the corner Saw Palmetto Parkway and Babcock Trail.

*Prize drawing will be for a travel voucher from Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. in the amount of $10,000 and may be redeemed for any travel booked through Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. Travel must be booked on or before 7/31/2024. In addition, these general terms, conditions and rules will apply. Winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal and other taxes including but not limited to income taxes and sales taxes. Prizes and availability are subject to market rates at time of travel and availability is not guaranteed.

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
Enter by visiting the Spring it on Event Check-in Tent located at the corner of Saw Palmetto Parkway and Babcock Trail or at the Babcock Ranch Discovery Center located at 42850 Crescent Loop, Babcock Ranch, FL 33982 April 20, 2024 and completing an official entry form. Once registration is complete, participants will receive an entry slip booklet. Additional entries can then be dropped in entry drop boxes at designated Spring It On model homes in Babcock Ranch.
WHO CAN ENTER
Open to any visitor to Babcock Ranch who is 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.
DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted during the Spring It On event April 20, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  that are dropped in an official Spring It On entry drop box. Entry drop boxes are located the Event Registration Tent, the Discovery Center and at designated Spring It On model homes. Entries will not be excepted by any other means. Only one entry will be accepted at each entry drop box.  Visit the Spring It On registration tent for a complete list of entry locations.
DRAWING
Prize winner will be drawn at random after 1:00 p.m., on Monday, April 22, 2024, by a representative of Kitson & Partners. Winner need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and telephone.
PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawing will be for a travel voucher from Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. in the amount of $10,000.00 and may be redeemed for any travel booked through Preferred Travel of Naples, Inc. Travel must be booked on or before 7/31/2024. Prices and availability of hotel rates, meal plans, and park passes are subject to market rates at time of travel and availability is not guaranteed.
PUBLICITY
The winner releases Kitson & Partners as the contributor of the prize, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for promotional purposes by Kitson & Partners/Babcock Ranch without further consideration, compensation or payment.
