Exciting Additions to MidTown
Located at the heart of Babcock Ranch, MidTown is the newest district underway in our hometown. Several new neighborhoods offer an array of single-family homes, coach homes, and low-maintenance villas and low-rise condominiums, as well as private amenities. Meandering trails will soon connect neighborhoods to the future mixed-use town center featuring a variety of retail, shopping and dining establishments encircling a vast village green able to host community events, social gatherings and picnics.
MidTown is also the future home of The PKWY, a series of six interconnecting parks spanning over 300 acres of preserve space along Babcock Trail. Each features a distinct theme, offering residents exciting new recreational destinations designed to integrate the existing landscape and highlight natural forms throughout.

A posh, walkable plaza located in WestTown across from Founder’s Square, B Street will feature a vibrant array of dining, retail, commercial, office and residential spaces.

The Lock Up Self Storage
Planned for completion in summer 2025, this self-storage facility will be fully climate-controlled and provide convenient access for customers, with a unique drive-through tunnel ensuring vehicle access and protection from the extreme south Florida weather.
