Attendees of the Golden Gratitude Realtor Appreciation Event will be automatically entered into the drawing upon in-person event check-in at the Babcock Ranch Field House located at 43281 Cypress Pkwy, Babcock Ranch, FL 33982 Oct. 14, 2026.
WHO CAN ENTER
Open to registered Golden Gratitude Realtor Appreciation Event attendees that are 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners, Babcock Ranch Real Estate, LLC or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter. No purchase necessary to enter.
DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted during check-in to the Golden Gratitude Realtor Appreciation Event from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Entries will not be accepted by any other means. Only one entry will be accepted per registered guest.
DRAWING
Prize winner will be drawn at random at the conclusion of the event at approximately 8:30 p.m., on Wednesday, Oct.14, 2026, by a representative of Babcock Ranch Real Estate, LLC. The winner must be present at the time of the drawing to win. If the drawn individual’s name is called and they do not step forward to claim the prize within two (2) minutes, they will forfeit all rights to the prize. In the event of forfeiture, a new name will immediately be selected at random. This process will repeat until an eligible, present winner claims the golf cart.
PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawing will be for one (1) six-seater golf cart (approximate retail value: $15,000). The prize is awarded “as-is” with no warranties, cash equivalents, or substitutions permitted. In addition, these general terms, conditions and rules will apply: Winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal and other taxes including but not limited to income taxes and sales taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any Florida registration, title, licensing, or insurance fees. The winner must complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize will be released.
PUBLICITY
The winner releases Babcock Ranch Real Estate, LLC as the contributor of the prize, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for promotional purposes by Babcock Ranch Real Estate, LLC without further consideration, compensation or payment.
