If there is no real estate broker/agent indicated, then I am not being represented by a real estate broker/agent. If I do indicate a broker/agent is involved assisting me in looking at new homes in Babcock Ranch, then by signing below, I understand the broker/agent will be eligible to be paid a commission by any participating builder from whom I purchase. I understand that this registration is valid for 90 days and may only be terminated by my filing a written replacement registration submitting a different broker/agent as my representative.
