Enter by visiting the Saw Palmetto Sales Center at 44355 Saw Palmetto Pkwy, Babcock Ranch, FL 33982 on January 31 – February 13, 2026 and registering.
WHO CAN ENTER
Open to any visitor to Babcock Ranch who is 18 years of age or older. Employees and family members of Kitson & Partners or Babcock Ranch Participating Builders and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.
DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted during Saw Palmetto Sales Center normal operating hours on January 31 – February 13, 2026. Entries should be completed and dropped in an official entry drop box. Entry drop boxes are located the Saw Palmetto Sales Center. Entries will not be accepted by any other means. Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
DRAWING
Prize winner will be drawn at random after 10:00 am, on Saturday, February 14, 2026 by a representative of Kitson & Partners. Winner need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and telephone.
PRIZE DRAWING CONDITIONS
Prize drawing will be for two 2026 Boston Red Sox Spring Training Season Tickets to include a total of 15 home games at JetBlue Park located at 11500 Fenway South Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33913. Winner must acknowledge and accept the electronic tickets transfer by February 17, 2026 or the tickets will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.
PUBLICITY
The winner releases Kitson & Partners as the contributor of the prize, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies from any and all responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for promotional purposes by Kitson & Partners/Babcock Ranch without further consideration, compensation or payment.
